01What this site is
This website gives general information about Atlas Finch and how we buy digital assets. It is a private buyer. We do not list assets or act as a broker.
02No offer or commitment
Nothing on this site is an offer to buy, sell, finance or close anything. Any deal is subject to review of verified numbers, a written agreement and its closing conditions.
03The valuation tool
The estimate is a rough guide calculated from the figures you enter, using the factors shown on screen. It is not an appraisal and it is not an offer. A real offer comes only after we look at verified numbers. How we handle what you submit is set out in the privacy notice.
By sending the tool or the contact form you confirm that what you have told us is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are free to discuss selling the asset.
04No request for account access
Do not send passwords, admin credentials, payment-account access or customer exports through this site or in a first email. Any later request for access will be specific, documented and fit for the stage of the discussion.
05Confidentiality
This site does not replace a written confidentiality agreement. If a discussion moves to sensitive diligence, confidentiality terms can be agreed in writing first.
06Verification
You may ask for buyer details before sharing anything sensitive. Do not transfer control of an asset until terms, payment sequence and transfer steps are documented, ideally through escrow.
07No advice
Nothing here is legal, financial, tax or investment advice.
