Optional for the first note if you prefer to describe the asset before sharing the URL.
Helpful: asset type, ownership history, monetization, traffic source, and whether you want a full sale, domain sale, or structured transition.

We use this information only to evaluate acquisition fit. Do not send passwords, admin access, payment-account access, customer exports, or full data-room materials in this form. We do not require exclusivity for an initial review and will not ask you to transfer assets before payment terms are documented.

A serious first review does not require logins or sensitive customer information. If the asset appears relevant, deeper diligence can proceed under written confidentiality terms.

We do not charge sellers a listing fee, do not require exclusivity for an initial review, and you do not need to create a public listing for Atlas Finch to review an opportunity.
