Privacy Notice
Atlas Finch collects information that visitors choose to send to us, such as names, email addresses, asset details, and related correspondence.
How information is used
Information is used to review acquisition opportunities, respond to inquiries, evaluate potential transactions, and maintain business records.
Confidentiality
We treat acquisition discussions as private business communications. We do not sell personal information or submitted asset information.
Transaction materials
Do not send passwords, admin access, payment-account access, customer exports, or full data-room materials through the first contact form. If a discussion moves forward, sensitive diligence materials can be reviewed under written confidentiality terms.
Verification before diligence
If you need buyer, transaction-party, or data-controller details before sharing sensitive materials, request them by email before diligence begins. You should not share private access or customer data until you are comfortable with the counterparty and the documented process.
Limited sharing
Information may be shared with professional advisors, service providers, or transaction counterparties only as needed to evaluate, document, or complete a potential acquisition.
Retention and deletion
We keep business inquiry records for as long as reasonably needed for acquisition review, legal, security, and recordkeeping purposes. You can request deletion of inquiry information by contacting us, subject to legitimate business or legal retention needs.
